- Anja Buechele is a superb German tutor. She moulds and adapts her method and materials according to her pupil’s needs, is flexible and friendly, fully understanding how German usage and syntax can flummox the British mind. As a teacher at the Goethe Institut she is experienced at all stages from beginner to university level. She helped John le Carré brush up his German before he was interviewed for German television. She is local and (before Covid) taught in the pupil’s house (currently digitally). I feel myself in the best of hands. (IB, Apr 2021)
