I used Danbury Upholsterers, Tolleshunt Essex. They use original method and materials. They recommend sites for choosing fabric or you can find your own. They pick up and deliver. They are not cheap, cost more than my Berger suite is worth but I am really pleased with the job they did 2 years ago. (MR, Nov 2014)

- John Lawler is at 57 High Street Hornsey. He is an expert upholsterer whose work is meticulous. He repaired the arm of one Victorian armchair and french polished the suite. He is expensive but the quality of the work dulls the financial pain. He collects and delivers. (IB, Sep 2019)
